Legendary Activist Angela Davis' Personal Journey Encourages Young, Old Audience Members at Aurora University

It was a packed Crimi Auditorium on the campus of Aurora University were African American activist Angela Davis didn't disappoint her audience. Her insights to how the "prision industrial complex" continues unabated and her desired to not to say the name of the person "occupying the White House" showed everyone that even at 83 year old there is still fight in her soul.

Sixteen year old, Jai Smith, said, "Wow, I was impressed with what she had to say. I had heard about her, but to meet her was such an honor!"
