They will find what you have been enjoying for more than a year now. You will still find your favorites, but we have added the new "Someone You Should Know" section that features short video biographies of African Americans who have done well in their respective areas of life. We are reaching more than 600 African Americans throughout the northern Illinois area. Please keep telling your friends about this website. It is the brain child of SLJ Communications, Inc. with the express intent to inform African Americans in the northern Illinois area outside of Chicago about the many events, happenings and successes of African Americans. Most people know that there is plenty of negative things written, said and reported about African Americans. So, this is an effort to tell you somethin' good about the many wonderful things done everyday by African Americans. Now, we are not going to catch all the events and happenings, but rest assure we will do our best with your help.
