“Tell Me Somethin’ Good” website is the brainchild of SLJ Communications, Inc. with the express intent to inform African Americans in the northern Illinois area outside of Chicago about the many events, happenings and successes of African Americans. Most people know that there are plenty of negative things written, said, and reported about African Americans. So, this is an effort to tell you somethin’ good about the many wonderful things done everyday by African Americans. Now, we are not going to catch all the events and happenings, but rest assure we will do our best with your help. Remember the title: “Tell Me Somethin’ Good”…we want to spread the good news about what’s happening by, for and with African Americans.
